This class introduces kids and parents to fun, interactive, and simple yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation practices that can be easily incorporated at home. Utilizing these tools helps us all to be able to identify and talk about what is happening in our internal world, regulate our emotions, and understand how thoughts and emotions impact the body. This class is geared for kids ages four and up. Parents are encouraged to join (if not, we ask that they remain on site during the entire class). Drop-ins also welcome!
