Full Moon Yoga at Bella Kai with Kristen S

It will be a vinyasa class focused on harnessing the energy of the Full Moon. The Full Moon is when our prana (life giving force of breath) is the greatest.  We will practice Moon Salutations instead of the typical Sun Salutations that are practiced in the majority of vinyasa classes. Sun Salutations tend to honor the masculine/light aspect of our mind, body and spirits whereas Moon Salutations help balance the feminine/dark/ aspect.

Reiki and Restorative Yoga Workshop

Join Anna Sommer, Reiki Master Teacher, RYT200, and Certified Meditation Instructor, as she guides you through a mix of gentle breathwork exercises, restorative yoga postures, and guided meditation. Additionally, she will be offering Reiki energy healing, crystal energy healing, and sound therapy throughout the practice. Yoga, breathwork, and meditation allow us to tune into our inner world and be mindfully in the present moment. Reiki (which is universal life force energy), crystals, and sound therapy work to clear out stagnant or blocked energy and allow the body an opportunity to heal itself. This is a unique experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and centered while integrating health and harmony into your entire being. Contact Anna at annacsommer@yahoo.com with questions about the workshop. Drop-ins also welcome. Workshop fee $25.
