We are pleased to offer you the Original Hot Yoga (26+2 Series) + other complimentary classes.
Sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises each done twice, practiced in our healing infrared heated room (105f, 40% humidity). A static, therapeutic and energizing practice, great for those new to yoga, at the latter stage of recovering from injury or surgery, or looking for a challenging yet healing everyday practice.
It is always recommended to consult with your physician before beginning any new fitness regimen. It is also in your best interest to advise your BK instructor of any injuries or medical concerns prior to the start of class. *Suitable for all ages 14+ and all levels.
What will I need to bring to class? A yoga mat, a large towel & a water bottle

Hot 90

(90 MINUTES)
2 sets of the traditional sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room (105F, 40% humidity).
Suitable for all ages (*14 yrs old+) & all levels.
Zen Hot 90
26+2 SERIES
(90 MINUTES)
2 sets of the traditional sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room (105F, 40% humidity) with ambient music & Wed evening candlelight.
SILENT ZEN HOT 90 has no cueing & the teacher practices with the students to assist with timing.
ZEN HOT 90 has minimal cueing or silence on the second sets of each posture w/soft candlelight.
These classes are designed for students with familiarity with the 26+2 series. Not recommended for beginners.
Beyond 26+2
BASED IN THE 26+2 SERIES
(90 MINUTES, 105F, 40% humidity)
Beyond 26+2 is a sequence of 40 yoga asanas developed by Tony Sanchez and evolved from the Bishnu Ghosh Lineage, the same lineage as the Original Hot Yoga 26+2 (also known as Bikram) series. This class brings deeper focus on hip openers, arm balances, abdominal and other strengthening exercises; thus a great compliment to the 26+2 practice. While this sequence can be described as an extension of the 26+2 series, it is accessible to all levels as multiple options & modifications are offered within the practice. It will encourage you to practice with curiosity, compassion & celebration!
This class is designed for students with familiarity with the 26+2 series. Not recommended for beginners.
Hot 60
26+2 SERIES
(60 MINUTES)
Express version of the traditional sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room (105F, 40% humidity).
HOT 60 BEATS includes 2 sets of select postures. The teacher practices with the students. This class is fast-paced & familiarity with the postures is recommended.
HOT 60 consists of 1 long set of each posture. Suitable for all ages (*14 yrs old+) & all levels.
90 minute traditional classes are recommended alongside 60 minute express classes.
pyroPILATES
CORE STRENGTH
(60 MINUTES, 105F, 40% humidity)
PyroPILATES is a low impact training system that combines pilates based in deep core strengthening along with cardiovascularly challenging high intensity interval training for a fun workout that increases strength, stamina, flexibility and quality of life.
Suitable for all ages (*14 yrs old+) & all levels.
Barre Interval Training
CARDIO/TONE

The BIIT (Barre Intensity Interval Training) class is based on variable intensity interval training. It is made up of set timed intervals that focus on higher intensity training for the cardiovascular system, blended with strength intervals that lower the heart rate but create that barre burn feeling in the muscles. Classic barre exercises along with standard functional fitness movement make up this well-rounded class. All exercises are low impact with optional higher impact variations for those who welcome them.

Yin Yoga
SLOW DOWN
(75 MINUTES)
Yin yoga is a great way to balance out the Yang practice of hot yoga by helping you ease into a passive practice to relax muscles, stretch ligaments, tendons, and fascia.
Improve circulation, increase flexibility and reduce tension as you slow down with this complimentary non-heated class. Each posture is held 3-5 minutes to allow your body to relax into the posture stimulating meridians (the energy pathways) of your body.

Restorative Yoga
RELAX
(75 MINUTES)
Relaxing restorative yoga session followed by iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation. Restorative yoga uses props to help you deeply let go. Melt stress away and revitalize your energetic spirit!

Kundalini Yoga
RECHARGE
(75 MINUTES) Offered as a special event.
Unwind & recharge with energy shifting Kundalini Yoga (breathwork & postures) and either chanting or silent meditation depending on the kriyas (set of exercises).

Tai Chi
MOVING MEDITATION
(60 MINUTES)
The focus of this class is to bring the body, mind and spirit together into one harmonious, peaceful flow of energy. Tai Chi balances both yin and yang throughout the body, via deep breathing, and specialized movements which enable air to pass through all acupuncture points, thus balancing yin and yang in harmony and peace throughout the body.

MELT Method
GUIDED SELF-MASSAGE
(60 MINUTES)
MELT is a simple self-treatment technique that boosts your body's ability to heal by rebalancing your nervous system and rehydrating your connective tissue. Using soft foam rollers and balls, learn to become your own "hands off bodyworker" with this unique MELT class.
No experience necessary. All are welcome! $20 fee.
Understanding 26+2
POSTURE CLINIC
(75 MINUTES)
Join our wonderful Bella Kai Teachers as they break down the 26+2 series in detail:
General mechanics of each posture
Proper form and alignment
Physiological, mental, emotional and energetic benefits of each posture
Demonstrations will be given as well as individual corrections, if requested.
This is open to all levels of practice - from beginner to advanced - all are welcome to join! $20 fee.
