Class Descriptions

Our core offerings include Bikram method yoga classes (Hot 90 & Hot 60), barre classes, and yin yoga classes. Beginners are welcome at every class. 
 


Hot 90

Bikram Method
(90 minutes)

Sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises each done twice, practiced in a heated room (105f, 40% humidity).  A static, therapeutic and energizing practice, great for those new to yoga, recovering from injury or surgery, or looking for a challenging yet healing everyday practice.  Suitable for all ages & levels.

*What you'll need: yoga mat, towel, water (all available for rent or purchase at the studio)

Hot 60

Bikram Method
(60 minutes)

A streamlined version of our regular 90 minute Bikram method class. Sequence of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, each done once instead of twice. Room is heated (105f, 40% humidity). Suitable for all ages & levels.

BK Beats 90

Bella Kai Beats      (90 minutes)

Join us for the Bikram Method 26&2 sequence, done like usual in a heated room, with motivating and relaxing music in the background. Take this time to connect deeper to your self and your practice. These classes are great opportunities to take your practice to the next level, check in with yourself (truly your best teacher), and FEEL in the practice a bit more.

This class is open to all levels, even first timers. Keep in mind the class may differ in terms of verbal instruction depending on the experience level in each class.

**Although this class is open to first timers, we don't recommend taking this class as your very first yoga class  because there will be less verbal instruction than normal.

Yin Yoga

(60 & 75 minute classes)

Slow down with this quiet yin practice that targets the deeper connective tissue with the aim of increasing circulation, improving overall flexibility, and opening energetic channels. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes with very little muscular engagement, supported by props. Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to stronger, more dynamic (yang) styles of yoga and exercise such as barre, running, walking, hiking, and biking. Relax into deep stretches in this meditative yoga practice.

Barre Sculpt

(60 minutes)

Dynamic one hour class (high intensity, but low impact) that blends strength training, pilates, core conditioning into one effective, dynamic workout designed to strengthen and tone the entire body. Use of small weighted balls (provided) and a ballet barre. 

*What you'll need: yoga mat, towel, water (all available for rent or purchase at the studio)

Barre Flow

(60 minutes)

Feel the strength & burn of our signature Barre Sculpt class along with extended sequences of stretches and poses that will leave you feeling leaner, longer, and stronger.  Use of weighted balls (provided) and a ballet barre.
